Mein Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was ich brauchte. Das WLAN war kostenlos und es gab sogar deutsche Sender im Fernsehen. Das Bett war mit einem festen Topper ausgestattet, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, denn ich konnte alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Außerdem liegt es direkt neben dem Hauptplatz und in der Nähe der Haupteinkaufsstraße. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The rooms were very nice, clean and luxurious. the hotel has a great location in a secure neighborhood, close to a big park and some excellent restaurants. the staff was extremely professional and caring, making our stay unforgettable. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room, which had amazing views of the city and ocean. the room had modern technology like HDMI and Bluetooth connections, which was impressive. the bathroom was also impressive and the swimming pool was very nice.

The bar staff seemed bothered and unresponsive when we asked for a drink. It took multiple attempts to get their attention, even though we were the only ones at the bar.

The swimming pool was well-maintained with attentive staff. The room was spacious and had a bathtub for added comfort. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast had a great variety of Spanish and Dominican options. The staff, especially Carolina, was excellent and always helpful.

We were very impressed with our recent stay at this place. The hotel is located in an amazing garden which we highly recommend taking a look around. It is at the center of the city, making it very well-suited for business purposes. We were also blown away by the quality service, including 24-hour room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms were beautifully decorated and contained all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room safes. The dining options were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the poolside snack bar and buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was unforgettable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool garden provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The use of the room card for the elevator added an extra layer of security, making us feel safe. The size of the room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a safe area, with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood to choose from. The staff was helpful and advised us against walking too far at late hours, which we really appreciated.

I recently stayed at The Ambassador in Santo Domingo for a 30th birthday celebration. The staff were attentive and wonderful, especially Carla, Sorrento, Patricia Santana, and Claudio. The rooms were mind blowing, with tasteful refurbishments and beautiful views. The pool and poolside dining were fantastic, and the breakfast from the Grill was delicious. The attention to detail and service at The Ambassador was unmatched, even in comparison to top hotels like the Bellagio and Caesars Palace. I will definitely be returning for business purposes and highly recommend this hotel.
