The staff were exceptionally friendly, the live music was a blast during afternoons, and beach access was simple, allowing us to dive straight into fun activities like renting surfboards!

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Melbourne-Oceanfront felt like a fun beach adventure! We had a lovely corner balcony room giving us panoramic views of the ocean, which was a delightful surprise—like finding a hidden treasure chest but with fewer pirates. The bed was comfier than my couch back home, ensuring we sank into relaxation after long days spent enjoying the nearby beach. We also relished the convenience of having breakfast outside on the patio while watching the waves roll in. I'd recommend it to anyone craving a beachfront experience!

Underwhelming pool area.

During my stay, the bartenders were friendly and attentive. The free shuttle service made it easy to explore nearby areas. I appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower—a simple delight after a long day. One evening, we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant while live music played. I valued the informal yet helpful atmosphere, and it felt genuinely welcoming. Traveling alone from New York, I found the experience relaxing and fulfilling.

The ocean views from the balconies were fantastic, and having breakfast outside while soaking in the sights of the waves was a real treat. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor deck area for sunset drinks, a nice touch that makes it feel special.

Had some real headaches during my stay, like the middle lift being out of service at times and a dingy room with a funky smell. The restaurant had a pretty limited menu, serving what seemed like reheated fast food rather than anything fresh, and I was disappointed by the lack of room cleaning service despite requests. Also, parking was a pain—across the street with a confusing set of stairs, which isn't ideal for carrying luggage. To top it off, the bathroom extraction fan didn't work, creating an uncomfortable experience.

The beachfront access was awesome 🌊 great spot for relaxation and the pool area was kept clean. Staff were incredibly friendly, especially the bartenders. Restaurant had decent food options too.

Could improve on the breakfast variety and the WiFi connection was a bit unreliable.

The restaurant's food was delightful, and the room service lady made ordering such a joy! My King Room's balcony offered a charming escape too, perfect for a cozy evening soak.

But charging for extra towels? Really? It's not like I was asking for a unicorn!
