The location of this hotel is fantastic, with plenty of cafes, shops, and jazz venues nearby. It's also conveniently close to at least two subway stops, making it easy to explore the city. The neighborhood has a great vibe and offers lots to do away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are clean and satisfactory, with comfortable beds and nice outlets. The staff is friendly and even provided an umbrella on a rainy day.

The hotel could improve by providing bigger refrigerators that are actually plugged in and functional.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel near Washington Square for a few nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and it felt more like staying in my own place rather than a typical chain hotel. The location was fantastic, with great restaurants and the comedy cellar just a few blocks away. Plus, being across the street from the park was a bonus.

The location was killer too, right in the heart of the Village with so much to see and do. And the staff? They were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful.

Menu for breakfast could use a little improvement. That toaster definitely needs to be retired, it was causing a bit of a safety issue.

We also enjoyed the afternoon apple cider and cookies. The hotel was clean and attractive, offering a comfortable room and warm bed. it was a great experience.

I loved this hotel! the location was amazing, on the edge of Washington Square Park in a very nice area and just a short walk from the subway for up or downtown travel. The room was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed and an actual window to the outside world. The newly renovated shower was fantastic and the breakfast included in the rate was great, with freshly baked healthy continental options ready to go and additional options with good products. Best value for money!

We were initially given a small room, but the front desk was kind enough to switch us to a larger room upon request, which made our stay much more comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to Washington Square Park and surrounded by great restaurants. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast in the cozy eating area was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its prime location and friendly service.

The hotel had a unique and stylish Art Deco design, giving it a charming and classy atmosphere. the staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. the location was fantastic, with a subway station just a block away, making it easy to explore all of Manhattan and beyond. Plus, it was within walking distance of the West Village and Chelsea, as well as being right next to a beautiful park. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which is not always the case in other hotels. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city.

It would have been nice if there was a mini fridge or minibar in the room to keep drinks cold, especially since there wasn't anywhere at the hotel to buy bottled water late at night. Also, the powdered milk provided for the in-room coffee machine wasn't very tasty, so it would have been better to have small cartons of milk available.

Spent a cozy Christmas at a hotel in a popular city. the included breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. the staff was friendly, always available to help us get around the city. the hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and public transportation. We also enjoyed the complimentary wifi, which was convenient for planning our daily activities.

While the hotel was mostly quiet, the noise level can increase during peak times. the checkout time was a bit early for our liking, and we had to rush to leave.
