The accommodations were clean and modern, with beautiful rooms and a stunning beach. the nightly entertainment was enjoyable, and the variety of food at the all-inclusive restaurants was impressive. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and hardworking.

There were some minor annoyances during the stay, such as not receiving the room type that was booked and some issues with room keys getting deactivated. Additionally, some of the restaurants felt overwhelmed by the number of guests, leading to long waits and limited food options at times.

The room was modern and nice, with a cozy hot tub. The staff, including the bartender/waiter Marta, were very friendly and decent. The coffee/ice cream shop ladies, pool guys, and baggage handler were all nice. The drinks were decent and the specialty restaurants, Zen and Rio, had good food. The lazy river was fun and included, and the beach was great.

The hotel is a great value for money with good service from friendly staff. The location on Bavaro beach is amazing, with a cave-like structure near the Ocean Side restaurant. The rooms are spacious and breakfast offers a wide variety of options including an omelette station.

The lazy river and cave-like bar were fun. The buffet surpassed a Beaches resort. The butler provided excellent service. The SPA had hydrotherapy included. The Brazilian restaurant and Hunter steakhouse had good food. Couples massage and diamond club pool were highlights.

The staff were friendly and engaging, food was amazing, property was clean and well-maintained, the hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and the common areas were enjoyable with plenty of pool chairs available.

The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a lazy river that was both fun and relaxing, and a sports bar with delicious food and plenty of TVs. The beach was amazing, not too wavy, and just a short drive away from a great surfing spot. The buffet was the best I've ever seen, even better than the one at Beaches in Turks & Caicos. the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

Clean resort, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, fantastic lazy river and pool bar, beautiful garden. Drink service from Milagros, Carlos, and Juan was excellent. Activities staff had great energy and kept things fun. Food was great with a good selection. Dominican and Circus evening shows were the best. Already booked my next stay.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Our stay at the all-inclusive hotel located 1h55m from the beach was overall enjoyable, and we found the hotel complex in the diamond area as very well equipped. The room and bathroom were well-maintained, and the service provided by staff was up to the mark. There were numerous facilities available around the resort such as the lazy river and various bars, where we were always provided the best service. The view of the beach and the surroundings were picturesque, and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast.

The only downside to the stay was that it was annoying to wake up early in the morning at six am to obtain a good chair on the beach, which felt like an unnecessary hassle.
