I loved the hotel's convenient location in downtown, close to Montgomery's entertainment district and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.

Location is great, close to restaurants and major sites. Spacious rooms with attractive decor, large closets, and nice bathroom lighting. Complimentary breakfast was a great touch. Hotel staff were excellent, providing southern hospitality. Complementary internet was appreciated.

Some repairs needed in the room, such as clogged toilets and wobbly beds. Room could have been cleaner, with dirty floors and door handles.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of fresh fruits and delicious options for waffles and cereal. The staff was friendly and resolved our issue with the broken pull-out couch promptly. I had a great stay at Hampton Inn Montgomery-Downtown.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Montgomery. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions and museums, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff here are wonderful and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the advertised amenities provided.

Great value for money in a hotel situated in the heart of downtown Montgomery, which made visiting museums and other attractions a breeze. The staff were fantastic and the basic amenities were provided, including a very comfortable king-sized bed and a large shower. Despite the breakfast not being great, it's still a good added bonus.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This place is located right in the heart of everything, close to all museums and Main attractions. The service was top-notch, the room was extremely clean and had everything we needed, from ironing facilities to air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The staff at morning check-out offered the strongest customer service we have ever encountered, making our departure seamless.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room on the 9th floor was peaceful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept like babies. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, including the mellow mushroom restaurant just across the street. The staff, particularly the manager and the cook, provided exceptional customer service. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, with a variety of options including yogurt, good-quality cereal, and an egg-and-cheese dish on the weekend.

As a tourist, I loved the peacefulness of the 9th-floor room and the comfortable bed that allowed me to sleep like a baby. The free breakfast had a great selection, and the staff were all very nice and friendly. The valet parking was convenient, and the location was perfect with many places to eat and things to do all on the same street. The building itself was beautiful, and the decor gave it a boutique feel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Found two things in the room that made our romantic escape special: complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Perfect for our celebration. the hotel's location was key. It was close to all the shopping, dining and sightseeing we wanted to do. Another advantage we enjoyed was the cozy bed.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned by housekeeping. the floors and surfaces had hair balls and stains, and it wasn't until we used the towels to clean ourselves that we noticed they were dirty.

The lobby was stunning, and the staff at the front desk were really friendly. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to the Capitol, which we wanted to visit. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants in the area, so we had a lot of dining options.

The room we stayed in had a strange design where a beam was hanging just above the bed. It didn't bother us too much, but it wasn't ideal from a Feng Shui perspective.
