As a light sleeper, I loved the peaceful and quiet environment of Sanctuary. The rooms were comfortable and provided a restful sleep.

The food was delicious with lots of options. The customer service was exemplary, especially from Oscar, Ventura, and Felix who were friendly and attentive. The property was well-maintained with beautiful gardens and a mile-long beach. The pools were nice, and there were many different types of rooms. The staff, including Caroline, Elizabeth, Carlos, Gilbert, Dillon. Our Butler Miguel was always there for us and very accommodating. the customer service and experience were five-star.

Our romantic escape at this resort was absolutely amazing! the beautiful rooms exceeded our expectations and the multiple pools provided a refreshing and fun atmosphere. the staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the all-inclusive dining options were fantastic, with a variety of restaurants to choose from, and the food was delicious. the location was perfect, with stunning scenery and plenty of activities to enjoy. We also loved the spa, where we had the most relaxing massages. our experience at this resort was truly unforgettable.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy as much. the room we were initially given was not what we had booked and the location wasn't ideal.

We recently stayed at Sanctuary Cap Cana for a romantic beach getaway. The resort was stunning, well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The main pool was a highlight, but there were also other secluded pools available. Ceasar was incredibly helpful and made our stay stress-free. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The food was excellent, with great service and never felt overcrowded. The spa and fitness room were top-notch, and the property offered a variety of activities to suit our preferences. this was the best resort we've ever experienced.

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay at this beautiful and not overcrowded hotel. The colonial-style property creates a wonderful atmosphere, and the high-ceiling villas are stunning. The food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort, especially the steakhouse. The friendly staff, including our helpful butler Narciso, made us feel welcome and supported throughout our stay. The evening shows were high-class and well-timed. We also loved that the hotel was at 50% occupancy, creating a special atmosphere. A go-to hotel in Cap Cana, with only a long beach and clear ocean missing.

The resort's architecture is beautiful and the gardens are well maintained. The rooms are bright and spacious with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The beach is well supplied with sunbeds, umbrellas, and double beds with baldahims. The beach is also clean and the staff work hard to keep it that way.

I recently stayed at the Sanctuary Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic for a relaxing getaway. The food at the resort was excellent, and the service was always top-notch. I loved the friendly and welcoming nature of the Dominican people. The spa and fitness room were both excellent, and the pools were a highlight of our stay. The resort's architecture and well-maintained gardens were visually appealing, and the elegant restaurants added to the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The resort's sandy white beach with turquoise water was beautiful, even though there was no coral for snorkeling. this was the best resort I have ever stayed at.
