The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave. The indoor pool and hot tub were open 24/7 and perfectly heated – we loved relaxing there! Plus, the breakfast spread blew us away with so many tasty options!

It had this awful smell that reminded me of wet dogs, and the stink was overwhelming. I can't believe they allow pets without better cleaning—it felt like I'd walked into a kennel, not a hotel.

Charming fall decor greeted us upon arrival. The hotel was impressively clean despite its dog-friendly policy. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast ladies excelled. Our first-floor room was spotless, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot—though the creamer was lacking. Access to the patio, pool, and hot tub was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, noise levels from closing doors and thin walls disrupted our peace, and the only elevator meant long waits. A strong odor from a nearby room interrupted sleep. Pet-friendly signs were subtle; clearer warnings for those with allergies are essential. Effective management would enhance guest comfort significantly.

Great location, close to everything without being on a busy street. The pet-friendly vibe is nice, complete with treats in the lobby. multiple door knocks at 3 a.m. were unsettling, and the bathrooms showed signs of neglect. Breakfast was decent, but it could use more variety after several days. The pool remains open all night, which was a treat for the kids. Staff were friendly but the overall cleanliness felt lacking; we found dog food on the floor. Charming features, yet the outdated condition and smells were hard to overlook.

This hotel is just a few steps from great dining options like Harpoon Harry's Crab House and Brick and Spoon, not to mention the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster that's less than 2.5 km away, making it easy to explore the main strip and nearby attractions on foot while enjoying the lovely Pigeon River just outside; the rooms were spacious and clean with great amenities like a kitchenette, an indoor pool, friendly staff, and a delicious continental breakfast, but the smell in some areas could be improved.

The patio with cozy seating opens right to the clean pool and hot tub. Breakfast is solid, with a good selection and loads of seating.

The room was clean and updated, with a nice bathroom that included ample counter space. an unpleasant pet odor lingered, which affected the overall experience. Temperature control worked well, providing a cozy atmosphere. Noise levels were minimal, contributing to a peaceful stay. The pool being open 24 hours was an excellent feature, perfect for late-night swims. The breakfast was hearty and well-prepared. Unfortunately, I recommend bringing your own hair dryer, as the hotel’s dryer may cause damage.
