Omg, the location was so convenient, could walk to all the cool spots! the jacuzzi in the room was amazzzing, total highlight. 😍 Breakfast was good, but wifi was a bit slow.

The location was perfect for us, right near all the action in Pigeon Forge. The staff really went above and beyond during our wedding weekend, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything while we were getting ready. One thing that stood out to me was the breakfast , they even had sugar, free jelly and syrup, which was a nice touch. The rooms were comfy, and we made good use of the pool and spa. The 24, hour open indoor pool and hot tub were a particular favorite , I felt spoiled with the round, the, clock access to coffee. The elevator could get pretty congested, and I can see how it might be challenging with dogs who needed to navigate the floors. the room we were initially given had a strong dog odor that was hard to get rid of, despite efforts with sprays and Febreze , not the most pleasant welcome. it was a mixed experience with some great highlights but also some areas that could use improvement. If they could address the issues with pet odors and maybe speed up the elevator, it would definitely enhance the stay. Nonetheless, the friendly staff and convenient location made up for some of the drawbacks.

Despite the slow elevator and occasional hot water issues, the welcoming entrance, friendly staff, and clean rooms at this hotel in Pigeon Forge made our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the pool, hot tub, and patio for breakfast, along with the attentive cleaning services. A suggestion for improvement could be to address the elevator wait times and space constraints during breakfast hours.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great food. Very accommodating when asked to play cards in the dining hall at night. Room service was excellent, allowing family to rest while ensuring all needs were met. the facility was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. Amenities like breakfast, pool, outdoor fireplace, and pet-friendly policy make La Quinta a great choice. Ideal central location for convenience.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help, especially Rusty and Kenny. The location was perfect, close to activities and restaurants. Loved the 24-hour pool – great for a midnight dip!

The rooms had a funky smell, probably due to being pet-friendly throughout the entire building. The beds were like sleeping on rocks, and the pillows were flat as pancakes.

We hit up Adventure Raceway and Dollywood Splash Country. The hotel had such a chill vibe, and the breakfast buffet was lit. Indoor pool vibes were on point - perfect chill spot after a wild day!

The pools, raft rides, slides, and relaxing lounging areas made for a perfect day under the sun. The equestrian show with breathtaking stunts and special effects was a hit with everyone and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed the thrilling performances and comedy routines.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities in the hotel's common areas.

The indoor pool was perfect, just the right temp, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel had a nice sun terrace and the location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the exterior doors not being secure, but overall our stay was top-notch and we felt right at home there. 🌞

From check-in to check-out, the staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and efficient. the housekeeping did a fantastic job ensuring our room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast offered a great assortment of hot foods and delicious options, including wrapped sandwiches and muffins. the location is perfect, with everything on the main strip just a short walk away.

While overall a great experience, it would be beneficial for this hotel to address any lingering odors in the rooms. ensuring that pet-friendly rooms are freshened up thoroughly between guests could enhance the stay for those sensitive to smells.

I loved our return stay at this hotel. The family suite was perfect for us, with a spacious living room and a cozy separate bedroom with a jacuzzi tub. The free breakfast was a hit, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. While the hotel is a bit noisy and the cleanliness could be improved, the convenient location and welcoming atmosphere make it a top choice for our future visits.

I've stayed at this hotel three times now. The beds are comfy, and the breakfast is decent. The location is great for activities. However, some rooms need better cleaning, and the hot tub jets don't work properly. Also, a wet dog smell in one room was unpleasant, despite friendly staff and good breakfast.

Despite the property revamp, the front entry snafu led to a quirky adventure. Parking woes meant a hike across the street.

Will return! Everything was amazing. The staff were friendly, facility clean and quiet. Breakfast, pool, outdoor area great. Central location ideal. Pet friendly too. Only minor issues with noise and pillow comfort, but overall fantastic experience.

The La Quinta By Wyndham in Pigeon Forge offered a breathtaking city view that left me mesmerized. The contemporary design and soothing ambience created a relaxing atmosphere that made my stay truly enjoyable. The thoughtful touch of a daily continental breakfast and complimentary wireless internet access made my experience even more delightful.

I was told we would have a balcony and a mountain view but unfortunately, our room did not have those features.
