The wifi connection throughout the facilities was convenient. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

During my stay at Secrets Royal Beach, I had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful renovations. The new Preferred Swim-Out rooms were amazing, and our butler Luis provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to make us feel special. The food was delicious, with Oceana, Capers, and the Seaside Grill being our favorite dining spots. Eddy, the bartender in the Preferred club, made the most delicious and visually appealing drinks, especially the chocolate martini. The hotel staff and other guests were incredibly friendly, making us feel like part of a big family. The comfortable room, including the bed and linens, made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
