Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this hotel provides easy access to metro and conference-related events. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional with an omelette station and great service. The staff is honest and efficient. it was a great experience with good facilities and amenities.

There is no pool available in the hotel, however, it was not advertised by the hotel and does not reflect poor management.

The location was ideal for exploring the city. When I needed extra towels for the pool, the staff quickly brought them up to my room. a great stay.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt was exceptional. We were in Washington for leisure and stayed for 2 nights. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a queen bed. The hotel had a great location, right next to the metro, making it convenient for exploring the city. We were pleased to have a coffee pot and refrigerator in our room. The on-site restaurant was good, and we appreciated the fast WiFi and the convenience of Uber being able to pick us up right in front of the hotel. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again.

Great location for sightseeing, easily accessible to restaurants and metro. Comfortable bedding and spacious room with functioning TV. Clean bathroom and quiet environment, excellent buffet breakfast with attentive staff. Well-stocked convenience store in lobby and knowledgeable concierge.

The hotel is conveniently located near Regan National airport and historical sites, making it easy to explore this city. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities available. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast options.

The location is unbeatable, right next to the Metro Center and within walking distance of famous attractions like the Capitol and the White House. The service here is top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff to the excellent room service and housekeeping. The amenities provided in the room were impressive, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and even makeup remover pads. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, especially during the holiday season, and there is a well-equipped gym and indoor pool for guests to enjoy. our experience here was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to the metro and being in the heart of downtown. The service was fantastic, from the friendly bell staff and efficient room service to the helpful receptionists who were always available to assist with tours and tickets. The room amenities were excellent too, with everything I needed from ironing facilities, mini-bar and tea and coffee-making facilities to a comfortable sitting area and flat-screen TV. The on-site bar and restaurant also served great food and drinks with attentive staff from the receptionist to the waiters.

I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is in a great location right next to the Metro, making it very easy to get around Downtown. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the rooms are perfect for a comfortable stay. Plus, breakfast was included in the rate which was a nice surprise.
