Great location right on the riverwalk, perfect for enjoying walks and dining. The property was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere after a day of exploring the vibrant city.

The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning was inconsistent. Several guests reported billing issues and difficulties getting assistance from staff.

During my recent stay at Hyatt Regency, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my girlfriend and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. The manager and front office girl were especially helpful, even taking off the parking and room charges for the inconvenience we experienced. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was conveniently located near the Riverwalk area, which was the main reason for our visit.

our recent stay at hyatt regency downtown san antonio was phenomenal! upgraded to a master suite with a breathtaking view of the river walk. the central location made it convenient to explore the alamo, river walk mall, and many restaurants. the staff's professionalism and hospitality were exceptional.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The value for our money was excellent and the room was spacious with a fantastic TV. The location couldn't be better - right in the middle of everything we wanted to visit. The staff, especially Yasi at check-in, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could have been better, maybe with more variety.

We had a fantastic stay right on the Riverwalk in the middle of lots of restaurants. The hotel was close to everything in downtown and in the riverwalk area. The location was perfect for exploring the area in general.
