absolutely horrid experience! the tv didn’t work and the service at the Q Bar was like a see-saw—great one night, terrible the next. i almost thought about giving a good review until i realized i was never offered an upgrade or even a complimentary drink for all my troubles. such a travesty, really.

I had an amazing time at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk, especially in the Riverbend Suite! Picture yourself floating above the Riverwalk—it's like you’re on a cloud with a view that makes you feel like royalty. The suite was spacious like a fancy apartment, and the air conditioning worked wonders amidst the San Antonio heat. If that wasn't enough, the rooftop pool offered stunning views and refreshing breaks right in the heart of all the action! Perfect for a connoisseur of relaxation looking to recover from all that sightseeing, or should I say river-walking?

Transport took a while.

Stunning San Antonio vibes! 🌊

Room was super clean, and we loved just stepping out to the Riverwalk. The Alamo is literally a stone's throw away! Such a jol not having to drive anywhere. Can't beat that for a family getaway!

Bit of a wait at check-in, but they comped parking which was a bonus. Other than that, we had a lekker time!

Great location but needs improvements

The Hyatt Regency has a stellar location right on the Riverwalk, which was perfect for our sightseeing adventures. The rooftop bar and modern amenities made our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, our elevators were slow and some were out of service, making it frustrating to get around. Additionally, the room price felt steep for the quality we received.

I had an awesome time lounging by the rooftop pool and unwinding at the beautiful waterfall area in the hotel. Even though the check-in took a while, the staff got us sorted in the end. Don't forget to grab breakfast from the café. the coffee is worth it! ☕

We enjoyed meals at the Landing Jazz Club with great Texas cuisine and live music. The location is perfect for checking out places like Splash Town and Six Flags. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One downside was the air-conditioning in our room. it wasn’t working well, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. They tried to fix it, but we still had issues with circulation.

The bedding was luxurious, and I liked the motion-activated lights by the floor. The bathroom could use a refresh—it felt really small and cramped. Still, the rooftop pool was awesome with great views, and the elevators were pretty cool with their glass design. Not the most ideal room, but overall comfy enough for our needs.
