Clean, spacious room and friendly staff!

Great location right on the Riverwalk, with stunning views and quick access to nearby attractions. The modern, spacious rooms had perfect bedding and thoughtful features like motion lights. Unfortunately, the mattress left us sore, and the air conditioning was unreliable. Service varied; checking in took too long, and housekeeping missed some details. Valet fees kept increasing, which felt frustrating. Breakfast didn't match the price expectations, either. While the rooftop pool offered a nice retreat, loud music made it hard to relax in the evenings. Despite the highlights, a few missteps made the experience less than stellar.

I was really frustrated with the valet situation. We paid for parking, but then waited forever—an hour just to get our car! The valet wouldn’t even let us grab it ourselves. It felt so poorly managed.

Live music in the lobby added a nice touch. the breakfast confusion was disappointing, leading to unexpected charges. Minor inconveniences included a faulty light fixture that necessitated maintenance intervention and untreated noise from neighboring pet owners throughout the night. There’s potential for greatness, but improvements in communication and maintenance are necessary for a flawless experience.

My squad had a lit time kicking it at the heart of Riverwalk - so clutch for hittin' up Splash Town and jivin' at Landing Jazz Club! Food was bomb and vibes were on point with the Jim Cullen Jazz Band rockin'!

More happening nightlife spots nearby would have elevated the turn-up even more! .

Perfectly situated near the Riverwalk and Alamo attractions

The hotel sits right on the vibrant Riverwalk, making it super easy to explore the area with great views and tons of dining options just steps away; I loved being able to stroll along the river and quickly get to the historic Alamo in less than a 5-minute walk, not to mention tons of other landmarks like the Buckhorn Saloon and Texas Ranger Museum, which was only a short walk away. The room was clean and comfy with modern amenities, but I think the hotel’s decor could use a little refresh.

Unfortunately, my stay at Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk was disappointing. Despite a great location, the rooms were below basic, with dirty sheets and a subpar breakfast experience. The parking fee was excessive, and the hotel's customer service fell short. I won't be returning or recommending this hotel.
