We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location right on the Riverwalk was perfect for exploring downtown activities. We loved being able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the friendly and efficient check-in process to the helpful recommendations from the concierge, we felt well taken care of. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a true sense of luxury and comfort. The amenities were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The housekeeping service was impeccable, and we appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the tea and coffee facilities in the room. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.

The only small issue we encountered was with the valet parking. Although it was not a major problem, it would have been nice to have more secure parking options available. Regardless, we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

As a tourist, I loved the location of the hotel right on the River Walk and close to the famous Alamo. The bar and restaurant inside the hotel were great, and the surrounding stores and restaurants added to the lively atmosphere.

That the beds were a little small, but overall, the staff made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

During my recent stay at Hyatt Regency, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that my girlfriend and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. The manager and front office girl were especially helpful, even taking off the parking and room charges for the inconvenience we experienced. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was conveniently located near the Riverwalk area, which was the main reason for our visit.

This hotel is the perfect spot for those who love to be at the heart of downtown and want to experience San Antonio Riverwalk at its finest. The hotel's exceptional location, great prices, and top-notch service make it an excellent choice for exploring the city. The rooms are well-appointed, and some even offer fantastic views of the Alamo or the Riverwalk. Plus, with breakfast included, you can enjoy a hearty meal before starting your day of exploring.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency during our visit to San Antonio. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and enjoy the bustling river walk. The friendly staff provided top-notch service, with special mention to Hussan at check-in, Maria in the Starbucks, and Tony, who went above and beyond to help me find distilled water for my CPAP machine. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a great view of the Alamo from our bedroom window. a wonderful experience!

Enjoyed some of the complementary drinks and gifts in the room during Christmas which was a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and it was close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and well laid out providing enough room for us to relax.

Unfortunately the hotel's customer service was not great. Our room was not adequately cleaned during our stay. We were missing towels and other amenities and had to ask for replacements repeatedly. The staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to help. Furthermore, we found the parking very expensive which added to our costs. the subpar customer service meant the good location and spacious room did not make up for the negative experience.

The rooftop pool was a great escape from the heat, with a beautiful view. The fitness room had everything I needed. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially when I had trouble with my key card. I'd recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay right on the Riverwalk in the middle of lots of restaurants. The hotel was close to everything in downtown and in the riverwalk area. The location was perfect for exploring the area in general.

The hotel is perfectly situated, with easy access to the main attractions including Riverwalk and the Alamo. The stunning view of the Alamo from the room made it even more memorable. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to deliver the best service possible.

The price was quite high for what we received compared to other hotels in the area.

The location of this hotel is incredible! It is right on the riverside, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. Additionally, the room was spacious and had a huge TV, which made our stay more comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was also satisfactory.

On the downside, the staff at the reception needs some improvement. They were not very clear in their communication, and we had some issues with the parking charges. The elevators in the hotel were a mess, with only a few of them working properly. This caused confusion among guests trying to navigate to and from the riverside. The bathroom in our room was not well-maintained, with some parts being dirty and in need of updating. Furthermore, the lights along the bed were extremely annoying and lit up the entire room when the other lights were off. We tried to find a switch to turn them off, but were unsuccessful. The air conditioning in the room couldn't be turned off, which was a bit bothersome.
