Friendly staff, excellent amenities, and stunning views from the Junior Suite Marina View made our stay truly memorable, especially enjoying breakfast with attentive service from Roberto and Jesus while being just 15 km away from the vibrant nightlife.

However, the limited beach access affected our experience, as it was challenging to find available chairs despite the beautiful surroundings.

This hotel blew me away with its tranquil ambiance and exceptional service. Shoutout to the pool crew, especially Bilmary and Angel, for their amazing hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed the lively entertainment, particularly the night shows featuring Francisco and Charles. The culinary delights, especially at the buffet, were a delightful treat during my stay!

Staff was amazing, always smiling and ready to assist. Loved the fresh morning coffee ☕ at breakfast and the location was perfect for accessing nearby Juanillo beach! Found the swim-up suite perfect for relaxing by the pool.

Food quality varied significantly. cold vegetable spring rolls on the first day set a disappointing tone, and the Italian restaurant was notably lackluster. The limited hours of the pool (9 AM to 6 PM) felt restrictive, especially for evening relaxation, and with seaweed being an issue during our visit, enjoying the beach was a challenge. Overall, the range of dining options left much to be desired, as each meal felt underwhelming, leading some guests to seek meals off-site.

The service from staff, especially bartenders like Misael and Edwin, was outstanding. The modern atmosphere and pool area were great, ensuring a relaxing ambiance for our stay. Breakfast served was consistently delightful.

We faced issues with room availability and had to switch rooms, which was inconvenient. The food was sometimes below expectations, with meals akin to airplane food, yet the breakfast stood out as a highlight.

The swim-up pool service was awesome! Loved the private excursions and the foam party was a blast!

the check-in process took quite a long time. but the entertainment team, especially charlie, was super friendly and engaging! the view from our room was lovely, and the spa offered an amazing couples massage that was so relaxing!

This hotel was just an optimal selection for a stopover in Punta Cana with value for money. I loved the fresh morning coffee at breakfast, which made all the difference to my day. Make sure to relax by the pool if you can!
