The room was super spacious with comfy beds and soft pillows. Really liked the balcony view! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean shower and bathroom, plus nice fitness center and hot tub. Location is perfect, away from the crowd but close to good restaurants and attractions.

Great beach access and free parking. Wi-Fi was weak and pool area needs cleaning.

The Best Western Plus Galveston Suites offers an incredible beachfront location with easy access to the sand and clean surroundings. The spacious rooms, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, enhance the stay. The friendly staff made our visit enjoyable, despite some drawbacks like limited breakfast hours.

The wedding setup was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and had a nice view.

It wasn't budget-friendly but it's still worth considering.

The hotel is right across the street from the beach, allowing for easy access to sand and surf whenever you like, and with major attractions like Moody Gardens and the Lone Star Flight Museum being only a short walk away, there's always something to explore; the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast options were delicious, plus the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, but the housekeeping routine could use improvement as it requires guests to request service.

The overall cleanliness felt off—there were roaches and dust everywhere. Plus, the bathroom door wouldn't shut right, and the noise from the hall made it hard to relax. Definitely not worth the price.

Upon entering our room at Best Western, I immediately noticed how spacious and clean it was. The comfortable bed with luxurious covers was a highlight for me - it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The room also had lots of charging stations, which was convenient for keeping our devices powered up. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a good variety of tasty options. I particularly enjoyed the sliced sausage links, a nice touch that you don't always see at complimentary breakfasts. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the woman who filled up my drink container without me even having to ask. there were a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast features were a bit bland and unappealing at times, and some guests didn't clean up after themselves, which was a shame. the lack of maid service during our stay was disappointing. We had to ask for fresh towels multiple times and even had to request a roll of toilet paper from the front desk. Despite these issues, the room was clean and offered a terrific view. But the uncomfortable beds, loud air conditioning, and elevator incident were quite unsettling. The maintenance of facilities like the pool and addressing issues like sand blowing in should be a priority.

Location is ideal—easy access to the beach and nearby activities. the staff lacked warmth. A positive demeanor would elevate the experience. Cleanliness was occasionally lacking, with the hallways and elevators too warm and dirty floors upon arrival. Several small inconveniences—it’s critical to have adequate towels. The pool being closed was disappointing. Stronger water pressure in the shower is a must. A few improvements can make this hotel shine. For the price, consider your options carefully.

The staff really made my stay unforgettable! From the friendly check-in crew to the lovely kitchen ladies, I felt so welcomed! Plus, waking up to that stunning ocean view from my balcony was pure bliss!

The room was spacious and the balcony offered lovely ocean views, but the hallway heat was unbearable, making it tough on my makeup. Breakfast was a highlight — scrambled eggs that tasted real and decent coffee. cleanliness was concerning; our towels were either dirty or missing, and requests for room cleaning often went unfulfilled. Staff were friendly but overwhelmed. The location felt remote for evening activities. An excellent place to unwind during the day, but the service left much to be desired, especially when you're paying a premium.

The location is fantastic; a quick stroll to the beach and lots of parking spots available. Breakfast is reasonably good, and the staff really came through with helpful items I forgot to pack.
