The location is perfect, just a short walk from the center where all the bars and restaurants are located. Our private room was spacious and comfortable, with a big private bathroom. The staff was friendly and the social spaces were nice, with a pool table and plenty of seating outside.

The breakfast was quite basic, consisting of white toast and a bowl of fruit with instant coffee/tea.

We chose Blue House Youth based on a recommendation from another lodge and it did not disappoint. the price was great and the room was comfortable. the volunteers were lovely and helpful, and we were able to store our bags securely while we explored La Mariscal. the water pressure and hot water were excellent. a great experience.

We chose Blue House Hostal, recommended by Green Forest Lodge, for our trip to Cuyabeno. The price was great, the room comfortable, and the volunteers were lovely and helpful. We could store our bags securely during our four-day trip to Cuyabeno and explore La Mariscal while waiting for our shuttle. The water pressure and hot water were amazing, and the staff, especially the cleaners, were friendly and chatty. The location was convenient, close to Plaza Foch and bus stops.

The location of the hostel is convenient, with a bus stop right around the corner and a 10-minute walk to a supermarket. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the dorm rooms are clean and the breakfast, although it could be improved, offers options like oatmeal, bread with butter and jam, and coffee or tea.

The shared kitchen was dirty and the fridge was disgusting, making it difficult to use.
