The beach in front of the hotel is great for snorkeling, where you can see fish, marine iguanas, sea lions, and turtles. The spa, hot tub, and massages are amazing and reasonably priced. The pool is well-maintained, and the restaurant offers a mix of Ecuadorian and western food, with sharing options. it's a top-notch hotel with great amenities.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! the food was delicious, especially the breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved how close the hotel was to the beach and the stunning ocean view from our room. the hotel also had a lovely pool where we spent a lot of time relaxing.

The only downside was that the wifi was not very reliable, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the rooms were on the smaller side and the bathrooms were a bit cramped.

The hotel provides excellent service, including a friendly staff and a tour guide who goes above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options to suit different tastes.

The rooms are not soundproof, which could result in a lack of privacy for guests.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my son's birthday at FinchBay Galápagos. The staff was aware of the special occasion and gave us a warm welcome. They even organized a special celebration during lunch. The facilities were clean and new, and the pool was the best in Galápagos. it was the best part of our family vacation. Thank you to the FinchBay team for making our stay unforgettable.

The beachfront location and ocean view rooms were a highlight of our stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds.

The high prices for accommodation were a downside, as we found the quality offered did not always match the cost. Additionally, the noise from other guests, especially children, made it difficult to find a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

Nice Christmas decorations, good food options during dinner time. the activities offered every day were also well planned and interesting. the staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to provide advice on things to do in the area. the hotel was well situated, with easy access to the beach and nearby tourist attractions.

The room was quite noisy during the night and sleeping was difficult. the wifi connection in the room was very poor and the pool area was small and crowded.
