Staff helped with suitcases. the place suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, fitness center, indoor pool. Coming back for holiday.

Attending Colorado College orientation, our stay at Hyatt Place was splendid. the breakfast was satisfying and the front desk was always attentive. Clean facilities with ample natural light from large windows impressed us. The convenient location near numerous dining options made exploring easy. Cons: Do recommend this hotel.

Had a blast during xmas time! the breakfast spread was top-notch, with a ton of choices to satisfy everyone's cravings. Plus, the hotel's location was primo, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. But my favorite part? the cozy and clean rooms that made me feel right at home.

The housekeeping service left a bit to be desired. It took a few days and some gentle reminders before my room got a proper clean-up.

We felt secure during our stay at Hyatt Place thanks to the locked door policy at street level. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The night manager was exceptional, she addressed a broken TV in an instant. The soundproofing ensured we had a quiet stay.

We found the hotel to be centrally located, close to downtown with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast offered a good selection, and the staff was friendly and attentive. the cleanliness of the room and common areas, along with the hotel facilities, surpassed our expectations.

The hotel was in a great location, in a secure area, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable with nice toiletries. I also appreciated the valet parking in the covered garage.

Our stay was not without issues. the sheets in our first two rooms were already used, and we had to request new ones.
