I enjoyed the hotel's close proximity to the town square, just a stone's throw away. the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. the breakfast offered was delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained.

Our stay at Hotel Carvallo was for leisure and lasted a week. the location near parque Calderon was perfect for exploring the historic center. the charming building and friendly staff added to the cozy atmosphere. the spacious, clean room and amazing shower were highlights. the breakfast, quiet ambiance, and excellent value made our stay memorable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center of Old Cuenca and within walking distance to Calderon park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful decor and large glass doors. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast and various seating areas throughout the first and second floors.

One aspect that could be improved is the bathroom. As mentioned in a review, the bathroom fittings are dated and the tiles are chipped.

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful boutique hotel in Cuenca! The suite I stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed, with tall windows overlooking the charming streets below. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

Great location with lots of unique art work all around. the staff was friendly and always at our service. the breakfast was amazing and they served coffee and tea all day.

The bathrooms and elevators were not up to the mark. the elevators were missing which was inconvenient for us, while the bathrooms were not clean and needed a lot of improvements in quality and facility.

This venue is a luxurious and exclusive place to stay. the room amenities were outstanding, and the private facilities were impeccable. the garden area was a peaceful spot, and the service at this hotel was friendly and helpful.

The only minor issue was the lack of an elevator, making it challenging to get to the higher floors with heavy luggage. This hotel is a perfect location for exploring the city, and its wooden structure made up for the lack of air-conditioning, providing a cool environment.
