Excellent location, 5-min walk to station

Don't have any issues at all.

I recently stayed at Hotel Elite for one night and it was a comfortable experience. The room was spacious and clean, with proper heating. The location was conveniently close to the train station and had a flat road, making it easy to walk. There was a supermarket and an ice skating rink nearby. The hotel was also a minute walk away from Zermatt Old Village. The breakfast spread was decent, with a variety of bread, jam, cheese, and other breakfast options. The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable, and I appreciated the extra touch of having a spa bath. The wrap-around balcony was a perfect spot to take in the stunning scenery. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was within walking distance of everything in town. The complimentary transport to and from the station was a thoughtful gesture by the staff. The breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The only drawback I experienced was the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It would have been convenient to have these amenities available for a quick and comforting cup of hot beverage.

We had a great stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and close to the center of town. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about nearby walks and current mountain conditions. Additionally, there was a bus stop nearby that allowed us to easily reach the Klein Matterhorn lift. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, ensuring we started our day off right.

We did experience some noise from a nearby pub during our stay.

the location was fantastic, with two nearby ski lifts and easy access to the free ski bus. There were also plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket close by. the hotel rooms were spacious and stylish, with a modern design and a beautiful shower in the modern bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean, and the staff treated us very nicely. They even arranged taxis for us and helped with any questions we had.

This hotel is excellent value for money, offering affordable prices in the center of the village. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, with great attention to detail. I particularly enjoyed the view of the Matterhorn from the room.

The central location is convenient, near the train station, funicular, and free bus service to the ski area. The ski/boot room was well-equipped and efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great views from the balcony.

The location of the hotel was also perfect as it was just a few steps away from the lifts. the view from my room was amazing.

My overall experience at the hotel was not very good. On the day of my arrival, the staff seemed unprepared for my check-in and it took a long time for them to find my reservation.
