The staff was absolutely amazing, very nice and helpful. They were extremely pleasant and helpful with our questions. the location is excellent, right in the middle of Manhattan, offering great opportunities for Corporate clients on weekends and during periods of lower business traffic. the price was well priced for NYC, providing easy access to Rock Center and shopping, making it a great choice for exploring the city.

One thing that could be improved is the breakfast options. Although the breakfasts were polite and professional, it could be better to have more variety at a lower cost.

I always return for holidays. the staff gave me water at night on my first stay. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, fitness center, flat-screen TV. Perfect for me with 24-hour reception, security, express check-in/-out, wheelchair access, pets allowed.

stayed at a nice hotel downtown, offering clean, comfy rooms. enjoyed amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. saved money on breakfast. tom from the hotel was incredibly helpful with directions and arranging our outings, such as getting tickets to an nba game and securing our airport taxi. location was superb, near top attractions and subway stations for quick adventures.

The room was fantastic, modern, light, and the AC was simply divine after a hot day out in the city. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions, making it easy to explore New York.

The hotel looked on a very ugly side and was inconvenient with the rainy weather. It appeared worn and tired for the price paid, which was a bit disappointing.

My recent stay at this hotel was surprisingly pleasant! the staff, especially Erica, was friendly and courteous. the room was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a long stay of 5-7 days. the location right across from Rockefeller Center was ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to Broadway shows and other attractions nearby. the superior room size was great, especially for travelers with a lot of luggage. I appreciated the practical layout of the room and bathroom, making my stay comfortable and convenient.

I absolutely adored the elegant lobby of the hotel with its beautiful chandeliers and comfy seating areas where I could relax and people-watch. the hotel was very easy to navigate, with wide hallways and clear signage that made it simple for me to find my way around. the hotel had ramps and handrails in place, making it convenient for senior ladies like myself to move around freely and independently.

I wish for more cozy seating areas to unwind in.

I always return here. Staff helped my elderly parents. It fits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and more. I love it here, always coming back for Christmas.
