The hotel had a great location close to key attractions and sites. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. the room was nice and spacious and provided us with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was a bit overpriced for what we got and some areas of the hotel looked tired and outdated. the pool area was quite unclean, and although we enjoyed seeing the iguanas around the pool, it may not be everyone's cup of tea.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Puerto Ayora. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location in the heart of Puerto Ayora was excellent, allowing us easy access to explore the area. The breakfast was tasty and the room was nice and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the Galapagos Islands.

the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. the private facilities in my room were exceptional. the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel like a VIP.

The only minor issue was the lack of bar and limited options for breakfast, but this was more than made up for by the other excellent features of the hotel. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this venue for those looking for a luxurious and centrally located experience.
