The poolside drinks come with a variety of snacks, including crisps, nuts, olives, and sliced fruits. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel management did not handle a safety issue with a taxi driver effectively.

In addition, the hotel is close to a mosque which gives it a cultural touch. The service provided by the staff is impeccable, with Abdul, the restaurant manager, standing out. The staff recommended an affordable boat rental with Captain Ali, who took us on a delightful day trip along the Nile on his boat "Shakespeare." The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always going the extra mile to assist and ensure our satisfaction. The garden room overlooking the pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for our family. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of choices, accommodating dietary needs. Sitting outside and enjoying the view of the Nile while dining was a highlight. a wonderful experience and we would gladly return.

I absolutely loved the stunning view of the Nile River from my room at this resort. Even though there were wedding parties in the evening, the manager was extremely polite and apologetic. I appreciate the effort they made to accommodate my needs. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
