The hotel grounds were well maintained and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping our rooms tidy and were friendly. The hotel also offered a variety of activities, such as boat trips with scuba diving and quad biking, which were highly recommended by other guests. Additionally, the nearby marina was beautiful and worth a visit.

While the majority of our experience was positive, there were a few negatives. The evening meals at the restaurant , with limited options and poor quality.

The resort exceeded expectations, showcased Egypt's culture and hospitality, exceptional staff , perfect stay, friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Ali Baba Palace and extended my visit by an extra night because I enjoyed it so much. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially Mr. Awad Mohamed and Mr. Ahmed Shaaban, went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The hotel is well-trained in providing excellent service with a smile. The aqua park is the largest I've seen in Egypt and is perfect for both kids and adults.

We had the most amazing holiday at a hotel with its own beautiful beach and a massive, well-maintained pool with a swim-up bar. The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. There were numerous bars and restaurants with delicious food options, and the hotel entertainment was brilliant. We especially loved the beach party and the fire show. The free-to-enter aqua park was a fantastic bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.
