The hotel grounds were well maintained and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping our rooms tidy and were friendly. The hotel also offered a variety of activities, such as boat trips with scuba diving and quad biking, which were highly recommended by other guests. Additionally, the nearby marina was beautiful and worth a visit.

While the majority of our experience was positive, there were a few negatives. The evening meals at the restaurant , with limited options and poor quality.

I recently stayed at Ali Baba Palace and extended my visit by an extra night because I enjoyed it so much. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially Mr. Awad Mohamed and Mr. Ahmed Shaaban, went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The hotel is well-trained in providing excellent service with a smile. The aqua park is the largest I've seen in Egypt and is perfect for both kids and adults.

During my stay, I had a fantastic experience at this beach resort. the location was perfect, with rooms available near the beach and pool depending on your preference. the 5 restaurants offered a great variety of food, including international, Italian, Asian, and oriental cuisines. I particularly enjoyed the clean and beautiful beach, which was great for practicing snorkeling. Additionally, the staff at the resort were friendly, welcoming, and eager to please.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the rooms were in need of some maintenance and updating, as some things were falling apart.

Unique features include bowling and video games hall in the establishment. Good lobby and cafe for relaxation. Excellent beach, pool, and water slides. Animation team is entertaining. Well-maintained pool. Continuous service at bars with tasty snacks, ice cream, and drinks. an amazing vacation experience.

We had an amazing experience at this place. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and upgraded to a beautiful room. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The location of this hotel is perfect, with its own beautiful beach right on the doorstep. We loved spending our days lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoying the beach access. The aqua park was a highlight, especially for the kids, with its fun water slides and attentive lifeguard staff. The food options were fantastic, with four restaurants to choose from and a variety of delicious dishes.

The hotel had amazing staff who exceeded my expectations and were always thinking of how to help and support me. The food variety offered by the great chefs was excellent and I loved eating there. The aqua park and beach were well-organized and enjoyable. The hotel offered a range of activities and was conveniently located near shopping areas and attractions like the grand aquarium and Senzo mall. There were no parking or transportation issues and the prices were reasonable for the entertainment provided.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of service and the cleanliness throughout the property. It truly felt like entering a five-star luxury oasis, with a tranquil atmosphere and plenty of people enjoying themselves. Despite the hotel being busy, we never had trouble finding a sunbed by the pool. The staff were always available to assist and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel offers privacy and breathtaking views, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax.

The bathroom was also clean with a good shower. The reception staff provided helpful recommendations for pubs and clubs, ensuring a great night out. The hotel had a magic aqua park that both kids and adults could enjoy, along with nightly entertainment. Water stations on every floor and guest request lockers were thoughtful additions to enhance our stay.
