The lobby, restaurants/cafes, and shared areas of the hotel are absolutely luxurious, exuding a regal charm. The pool area is well-appointed with ample seating and lounging options. The gym and sauna facilities are top-notch, allowing for a relaxing experience. The staff at the hotel is exceptional, providing attentive and accommodating service that truly makes you feel like royalty. This was a refreshing departure from my usual preference for Airbnb accommodations. The rooms, while standard, were comfortable and met my expectations for a Marriott property.

One area of improvement could be the speed of service, as some requests took longer than expected. However, the attention to detail and the exceptional results more than made up for any minor delays.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The transportation service provided by the hotel was efficient and made it easy for me to explore the city. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

I was disappointed with the service provided by the staff at the hotel's garden cafe. the waiters seemed more interested in their own conversations than attending to the guests.

The hotel is historically significant, with ties to the opening of the Suez Canal and once hosting European monarchs. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent amenities such as delicious breakfast options.

The hotel processes may need to be improved to avoid check-in delays and billing discrepancies.

As foreign tourists, we loved the clean and well-arranged hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurants and coffee shops offered delicious and clean food. We appreciated the convenience of having various shops, including a bank and electronic store, within the hotel. The availability of SIM cards and a working ATM was a great bonus.
