I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was spot on. The room was so spacious and that bed, oh my goodness, I've never slept better in my life. The location was perfect for what we needed and the staff treated us like royalty. Miss Jackson and Katherine Smith were an absolute delight!

Now, the breakfast could have used a little improvement. Just one small thing, it would have been great to have more variety in the options.

This hidden gem of a hotel in Lansing was a pleasant surprise. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. the staff was amazing, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the location was ideal, situated in a quiet area but still close enough to easily explore the city. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

One downside was the mix-up with our room type. We had requested a room with two queen beds, but ended up with a different configuration.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of the bedsheets; they were soft and made for a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, and we appreciated the adjustable thermostat in the room. Although the breakfast wasn't hot, it was still good. we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near Horrocks, where we could get gourmet foods and pizzas. The Tangy Crab restaurant was also within walking distance.

Felt fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel had a great location near a big indoor farm market, which was a nice addition to our stay. the room we stayed in had a comfortable king size bed and the pillows were also very cozy. Another advantage was that the bathroom was spacious and had a privacy wall next to the toilet.

Our room was not properly cleaned. There was food left in the refrigerator, trash and crumbs around the beds, and even hair in the bathtub from the previous guest.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Lansing for a quick getaway. The pool and spa were open, and they provided a decent breakfast selection. I appreciated the abundance of towels in the bathroom and the extra blanket in my room. The storage space was also convenient. Special thanks to Linda at the front desk and Lisa, the assistant manager, for their exceptional customer service. They resolved a reservation issue I had, showcasing why I always choose Hilton hotels. It was a fantastic Cinco de Mayo, thanks to them!

The value for money was great, as the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and attention to detail. The location was perfect - it was located in a quiet area but was still convenient to many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.
