I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Cairo Maadi. The staff was really helpful. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the Nile River and even the pyramids on a clear day. I loved sitting on my balcony and watching the boats sail by. The hotel was well-run and made my stay relaxing and hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Cairo.

Spacious and clean rooms with both Nile and pyramid views. Friendly and accommodating staff with great attention to detail, providing early breakfast baskets. Comfortable beds with a choice of pillows and strong, reliable WiFi. Beautiful balcony and lovely restaurant. Enjoyable and memorable stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located on the Nile, offering breathtaking views of the river. The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff is professional, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. The pool is amazing, although it lacks a shallow part for children. The hotel also offers the convenience of cheap parking and electronic room status touch screens.

There were some instances of repeated exaggerated security checks, which can be quite bothersome.

Friendly and helpful staff, provided information on nearby amenities, including ATM, chemist's shop, and suitcase store. Welcomed as a regular client of other Holiday Inn hotels. Nice Nile view from the room. Pool snack bar with shady parasols.

During our stay over New Year's, we found two things to be particularly enjoyable. First, the hotel's cleanliness was truly impressive. the rooms were spotless and the common areas were well-maintained. It was a pleasure to come back to a fresh and tidy environment every day. the location of the hotel was a major advantage. Situated near the Nile river and in close proximity to bustling streets, it provided easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. We loved being able to explore the city without having to travel far. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few downsides to our experience. the rooms did show signs of wear and tear, with stained walls and slightly run-down furniture.

I had an amazing view of the Nile River from my room, which made watching the sunset a memorable experience. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, newly renovated, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel also offered a variety of pillows for personal preference. Additionally, the WiFi connection was strong and accessible from all areas of the hotel.

Hard to think of anything negative.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities and personalized service were outstanding. the swimming pool, sun terrace, and spa & wellness center offered a relaxing escape from the bustling city. the room advantages were remarkable, with stylish decor and private facilities. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and drinks.

While this hotel had many positives, the only minor issue was that it was not located near the major tourism sites. despite this drawback, the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to attractions, making it easier to explore the city.

Great value for money. Excellent customer service and comfortable beds. the restaurants offer plenty of options and the complementary drink and snack were a plus. loved the fact that it was situated near the main tourist attractions.

The only thing that was not that great was the traffic. We had to spend a lot of time travelling to the main tourist attractions due to the congestion.
