We especially want to thank Mr. Ghareeb at the reception desk and Mr. Mahmoud for their exceptional service. The animation team, led by Mr. Adam and Sasa, was fantastic. Ali Mohammed from housekeeping was always helpful and active. We felt that the resort was a great value for money and highly recommend it.

One specific situation stood out to us during our stay. We needed a taxi early in the morning, and although the front desk was busy checking other guests in, they directed us to go outside to find a taxi.
