The hotel had a great location near coffee shops, Bazar, and the Old Market. There was also a fantastic animation team that made the stay enjoyable. The staff, especially receptionist Mustafa, restaurant team member Mr. Hamdy, and the housekeeping team, were friendly and helpful. Lastly, the room amenities, such as the huge walk-in showers and beautiful garden view, were excellent.

The entertainment team was fantastic, and there was always something to do, including table tennis, badminton, and even snorkelling.

Additionally, the lobby bar serves delicious coffee, and the main restaurant offers a wide selection of food, including a late dinner option for those who return late from excursions.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the superior room we booked was a bit old, but the staff, especially Mr Mohammed Gouda, handled our complaint in a very professional way. They upgraded us to a suite, which was perfect and made our stay unforgettable. the view, food, and overall experience were great. the staff were very kind and friendly, and the hotel's policy of being adults-only added to the relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel.
