Additionally, the complimentary refreshments and sweets were of inferior quality and inconsiderate in their availability!!! Watch for unexpected delays with invoicing and legal compliance frustrations!!!

Had a lovely encounter with Ahmed in the Vibes Lounge! He was incredibly kind and made our time there feel special, always there when we needed something. The massage I got at the spa was out of this world, Mallack really knew what they were doing, I felt like a new man after that! It added such a memorable touch to our stay.

It wasn't cheap though, but you know what? It felt worth every penny for the experience we had.

Had a great experience with the swimming pool, the view was something that made you feel like you were in paradise,your worries just fade away. Breakfast was a feast like no other, I tried so many different dishes every morning, and each one was delicious and fresh, even inspired me to try cooking some local recipes when I got home.

this hotel is super amazin! staff is really friendly and always ready to help with a smile. the breakfast buffett is huge, so many tasty choices! loved the swimming pool vibe, felt like a mini paradise. also, the lounge on the third floor has awesome views and chill atmosphere.

check-in took a bit longer than expected and the hot water kettle in my room wasn't really workin well, almost burned myself.

I also dined at the Italian restaurant, where the service stood out, and the food was good. One morning, I had an amazing omelette made by a very friendly staff member who made sure I felt welcomed. Overall, this stay was enjoyable and made me appreciate the local hospitality.

the gym had all the cardio machines I needed, and even the outdoor swimming pool was heated. the location's ideal with stunning paintings reflecting cairo's rich history during the reign of khedive ismail. truly an unforgettable experience!
