I recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation at the Royal Maxim Palace hotel. The staff members displayed exceptional commitment and dedication, making my experience truly memorable. The spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the exceptional food and spectacular facilities, ensured a perfect stay. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with staff serving customers to maintain hygiene standards. Safety precautions throughout the hotel made me feel secure and comfortable.

Our recent stay at a luxurious hotel near the airport was unforgettable. The Lebanese restaurant in the hotel was simply divine, with a great variety of delicious cuisine. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy, and the housekeeping service was prompt and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and tasty foods to suit all palates. In addition, we greatly appreciated the amenities such as the swimming pool, which were perfect for a relaxing day.

Although the hotel was exceptional in many areas, we noticed that some staff at the restaurant could be more attentive to customer needs.

The facilities at this hotel are fantastic. We especially loved the delicious breakfast options and beautiful pool area. We did have a small hiccup with our room keys not working, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and even sent some complimentary treats to our room. I would highly recommend Kempinski for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had an amazing weekend! To start, the surprise cake and fruit waiting in our room made it feel really special. the location was perfect, close to everything but peaceful at the same time. the staff was so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Plus, the food was divine - everything was super tasty and beautifully presented!

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say. I will say though, an all-inclusive option would be a nice addition.

This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness center provided a laid-back oasis, and the indoor swimming pool and sauna offered the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The stunning outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were surrounded by a beautiful garden area and the BBQ facilities made for a perfect evening. Cons: We only encountered one minor issue, as the treatment room was a bit cramped, but the spa lounge and beauty treatments made up for it.

The staff was very accommodating and provided outstanding service, with prompt room service and a welcome drink upon arrival. The amenities were also top-notch, with a luxurious spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and various beauty treatments available. I also appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, complete with a mini-bar and flat-screen TV.

We had an amazing stay at a luxurious hotel in Cairo. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when our flight was delayed. They even extended our check-out time by 3 hours. The room and facilities were excellent, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The wake-up service, including hot and cold drink delivery to our room, was a great touch. our experience at Kempinski was fantastic.

No English-speaking staff beyond the reception. Communication was difficult.
