The heritage property has beautiful architecture and the rooms are spacious with tall ceilings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we loved using the travel service located within the hotel to book our tours. Communication was easy and they were quick to respond. Great value for money!

The former posh estate turned conventional layout offers a pretty atmosphere. The included breakfast has a wide selection of delicious food. Staff are polite and always willing to help. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a balcony. The hotel has Indonesian crafts and comfortable sitting areas.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the Mgallery experience was evident throughout, with a beautifully maintained Dutch colonial-style building. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. the hotel was well-located and had a helpful travel office for arranging transportation and activities. We highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with gamelan music playing, creating a relaxing ambiance. It is very near to the most iconic statue in town and close to tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and quiet, with some offering a balcony and a view of the volcano. The staff provides friendly and attentive service. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a variety of Indonesian, Chinese, and western options available.

The pool area was not always available for guests to enjoy due to photoshoots and private functions.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and attention by the friendly staff. the Spa & wellness centre was exquisite, with a variety of treatments available, including full body massages and facials, which left us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. the outdoor swimming pool was pristine, providing a peaceful setting to relax and soak up the sun. the restaurant exceeded our expectations, with delicious dinner offerings and a wide range of special diet menus available.

this was a minor issue and did not detract from the luxurious feel of the hotel.
