During our stay at Sands, we were delighted by the huge property and the variety of entertainment options available. From the beach access to the marina to the all-inclusive dining, we had a wonderful time exploring and enjoying our time at the resort. The staff, particularly Barbora at the reception, were helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort was clean and the rooms were well-maintained. The crystal clear water and the opportunity to spot colorful fishes right from the jetty was a highlight of our vacation. Sands is definitely a great choice for families, as we noticed many families enjoying their time there.

One drawback of our stay was the lack of direct access to the sea. We had to traverse a shallow water area and a reef before we could snorkel, which was a bit inconvenient.

Efficient check-in. Clean rooms with great sea views. Helpful and smiling staff. Wide range of tasty food. Lovely beach with diverse fish.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing and provided impeccable service. From the friendly and helpful Mr. Adel at the guest relations, to the professional team at the reception, and the amazing guys at the beach and pool bars, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was magical. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim, Mr. Mohamed, Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Adel, Mr. Mohamed, and Mr. Ahmed for making my stay even better than I expected.

We appreciated the free life jackets offered at the beach. Plus, the views from the room were fantastic, with the sea providing a peaceful background. The complementary drink on arrival and the early check-in were also great.

Our stay was largely overshadowed by a number of issues. the food didn't meet our expectations, with pastries being a particular letdown.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Luxurious amenities like the saltwater pool, live entertainment, and beach access provided a truly exclusive experience. The location is perfect, with beautiful sun terraces and heated swimming pools. The staff's service was outstanding, particularly the Spa & wellness center staff that gave us amazing massages and beauty treatments.

The only minor issue we had was with the wifi availability, which was limited in certain areas of the hotel. However, this did not detract from our overall experience.

The Wi-Fi at the hotel was unreliable and limited in usage, which was inconvenient for tourists who rely on internet access.
