I had a fantastic stay! The staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home with thoughtful gestures like poolside cocktails and a welcome drink. The cleanliness here is impressive; both the grounds and rooms are well-maintained. Loved the daily housekeeping and the laundry service was a real treat. The outdoor swimming pool with its beautiful views was a highlight, and the gardens are lovely with so many plants adding to the scenery. Plus, the animation team was incredible, always there to make sure we had the best time.

The only area for improvement would be the taxi costs, which felt a bit steep for tourists. finding the hotel can be tricky since it’s not clearly visible from the main road—our driver had a bit of trouble locating it.

The location is great, only a short walk from Naama Bay's lively atmosphere and very close to a beautiful beach with a long promenade. I appreciate the attentive staff, who go out of their way to ensure I enjoy my stay. The rooms are clean, and the housekeeping team does a fantastic job. Plus, the buffet's dessert options are truly delightful!

The en suite bathroom needs serious renovation, with unsettling plumbing issues and an unpleasant odor.

Had an interesting stay recently. First, no power or water for hours—definitely a “Survivor” moment. After a room switch, things picked up. Staff tried to cheer us up with cocktails, though no one said sorry about the first fiasco. Pool was nice, and the gardens looked like they’d been watered by hand. Food wasn’t too shabby. I’m more accustomed to high tea back home, but this was a different adventure. I think the staff may need some tea etiquette lessons.
