We had an amazing stay at Azur, enjoying a spacious and comfortable bungalow. It was perfectly located, away from the bustling center of the resort, and a pleasant distance from the beach. Our housekeeper was kind and ensured that our accommodation was always tidy and clean. The property itself was impressive, with beautiful landscaping and breathtaking views. The staff, especially Mr. Ahmed Gamal and Mr. Ahmed Youssef, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The housekeeping and animation team, particularly Lolo, added to the enjoyment of our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Zakaria and all the staff. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The staff in the food service areas and room housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The variety and selection of food was impressive. The resort pool areas and the beach bar/restaurant on the Red Sea were comfortable and enjoyable. The entire resort was clean and well maintained by the service and support staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The location is perfect, right along a beautiful stretch of coastline and just a short drive from the airport. The staff here provide exceptional service, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for including a balcony and a mini-bar. The dining options were fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious food available 24/7. The entertainment team did an amazing job keeping everyone entertained, both by the pool and on the dance floor. a truly luxurious and enjoyable stay.

We were impressed with the quality and variety of food available at Azur, especially the Italian and Middle Eastern restaurants. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the fresh pizza from the beach restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we would recommend this hotel.

Located at a stunning beach, this hotel offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy swimming in the sea without having to walk on a rocky beach. You can relax and enjoy your meal at a beachside restaurant, which will be even more delightful with the Cuban theme it is under construction with. The main restaurant offers excellent breakfast, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

During our Christmas holiday, we enjoyed two complimentary activities and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring nearby beaches. The staff was friendly and always helpful, especially with our kids. The pool was enjoyable, and the kids’ club kept the children entertained.

The food options were limited and repetitive. The rooms were outdated, and we had to change rooms due to the bad smell.
