We had a wonderful stay at a Holiday Inn Express location in Erie. the staff was amazing, providing us with plenty of information about local attractions and restaurants. the accommodations were clean and comfortable. the maid service was exceptional, even going the extra mile to make our stay easier with extra amenities for our four boys. the hotel enforced a quiet policy after 10 pm, which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be coming back for another enjoyable getaway with the kids!

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the pool area at this hotel. It was perfect for both kids and adults, and the rooms were clean and pleasant. The fitness center and family game room were also great amenities for families. Plus, the staff were exceptional and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express for one night during our trip to Syracuse. The location was convenient, as it was easily accessible from the freeway. The warm welcome we received from Skyler set the tone for our stay, and she provided excellent recommendations for a nearby restaurant. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast had a great selection of choices. We were particularly impressed with the adult "lap pool" and the separate pool for kids. The quiet time policy ensured a peaceful environment, despite the number of children using the pool. The staff did a fantastic job of maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. The free fruit flavored water in the lobby was a refreshing touch.

The location was not ideal, being near the interstate onramp and far from dining and shopping options. the staff at the front desk seemed distant and not focused on customer satisfaction.

Pool room was great. Water slide was fast. Hot tub and sauna were relaxing. Staff was nice. Decent breakfast included pancakes, bacon, eggs, cereal, bagels, fruit. Bar and restaurant nearby, gas station across the street.
