The breakfast was superb, with plenty of delicious and healthy options. The location overlooking the wooded area was beautiful. The staff was responsive and helpful. The building and lobby were updated and the guest services were great. The bed was comfortable and the room well-equipped.

The main entrance was upscale and inviting, with attractive amenities like a computer room, a beautiful swimming pool, a bright workout room with free-weights, and cozy seating areas. The room itself was clean and nice, with a comfortable bed, a large TV, and a comfortable couch and office chair. The AC worked extremely well, and the hotel breakfast, which included made-to-order omelets and a variety of options, was definitely worth the extra cost. We also appreciated the location of the hotel, as it was close to downtown and historic sites.

Beautiful lobby, restaurant, and pool area. The lobby and restaurant/bar and pool area are really nice! Our room was fine, nothing special, but it was fine! The breakfast buffet served in the pretty garden room had a good variety and was nicely presented. The large indoor pool and hot tub were nicely decorated, although we didn't have time to use them. The hotel is situated away from the city center, which suited us, but still close to restaurants and services. The renovated lobby area with the beautiful bar and restaurant was impressive. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well furnished. The park and ride reservation made it easy to catch our flight from Charlottesville airport.

Given the parking situation and the distance we had to walk with our baggage, it would be convenient to have valet parking available. The rooms could have been cleaner with better maintenance.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at a hotel that was both conveniently located to stores and restaurants, and was also close to the airport. We were impressed with the quality of the room, especially the bathroom with its double sinks, which made getting ready in the morning a breeze.
