The service at Steigenberger Nile Palace was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and respectful. We had the opportunity to dine at both the Italian and Lebanese restaurants during our stay, and the food was absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Esra for the support and making us feel at home. The view of the Nile from the hotel was breathtaking, and we would love to come back and stay longer.

I had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff, from the reception desk to the cleaning staff, were friendly and always willing to assist me. The guest relation manager, Mustafa El Ganzory, made me feel at home with his helpful advice. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. The bathroom, with its local stone walls and floor, added a unique touch of luxury. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant and buffet, were of a high standard, and I never felt the need to eat outside of the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices, and the staff were always ready to assist. The location of the hotel on the Nile made it the perfect base for exploring the historic sites of this city.

I had a fantastic stay at Steigenberger Nile Palace! The rooms were spacious and modern, with a beautiful side Nile view and a balcony where I could enjoy the stunning sunset. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk or taxi ride away from the corniche and Luxor temple. The staff were all kind and accommodating, especially the manager at the Lebanese restaurant who made our dining experience memorable. The back of the hotel by the pool offered breathtaking views of the Nile. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Luxor.

During my stay at the Steigenberger, I had a delightful experience at their Lebanese restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic, with every dish bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed dining outside along the Nile, as the stunning views added to the already pleasant ambiance. When we encountered an issue with a wine that tasted off, the staff promptly replaced it with a fresh bottle. Their attentiveness and willingness to ensure a pleasant dining experience was truly commendable. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and offered breathtaking views. I also appreciated the friendly and kind demeanor of the staff, who were always willing to assist and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay.

My stay at Steigenberger was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short distance from Karnak temple. The check-in process was a breeze, thanks to the helpful reception staff. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel's courtyard was a great spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was superb, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore Luxor and experience the vibrant local life right outside the hotel. the rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and stunning views of the Nile. We were even lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was a nice touch. the Lebanese restaurant and the poolside food were outstanding. the chef at the Lebanese restaurant cooked the fish to perfection, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

One downside was the pushy vendors and taxi drivers in the area surrounding the hotel. We constantly felt hassled and pressured into buying things or taking rides, which was not the most pleasant experience.

This hotel is perfectly located on the Nile near the center of the city. The rooms are so relaxing, especially those with balconies overlooking the Nile. The breakfast spread is delicious with so many options and a chef even makes omelets!
