Had an absolutely amazing time! The tour services were fab, and the spa was pure bliss. The genuine souls at the shops added such a lovely touch to our stay.

However, I think the WiFi should come with a GPS. it was harder to find than my lost luggage! And don’t even get me started on the chocolate fountain that disappeared—sad times indeed!

staying at steigenberger was a dream! my room had an amazing nile view, perfect for soaking in the sunsets. the breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of tasty options. i loved unwinding at the open-air pool and enjoying refreshing cocktails while sunbathing. the staff were super nice—especially during my upgrade to the presidential suite, which was such a treat!

Big hype, little substance

This hotel offers breathtaking views and a lovely pool area. While the breakfast is exceptional and staff are friendly, the dining experiences vary. the Lebanese and Italian restaurants stood out, while the Asian option disappointed. The room was spacious, but the bathroom needed updating. Great for relaxation, but not without flaws.

Exceptional stay with a stunning Nile view that set the perfect backdrop. The Thai restaurant offered gourmet pizzas that truly impressed, and the staff, particularly Mahmoudtayea, provided outstanding service, keeping the room spotless. The pool area was inviting and well-maintained. However, there were some minor service inconsistencies in the dining experiences, which could be improved. Overall, the ambiance and attention to detail made for a memorable visit.

The rooms were really nice and clean I had this moment just sitting by the pool area looking at the Nile it felt like an oasis of relaxation and that breakfast while not great did come with a view that made it bearable. Even though I faced some confusion with the restaurant staff I appreciated the beauty of my room which was just beautiful after a long day exploring.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but the experience made it worth it.

The view of the Nile from my room was breathtaking, and enjoying breakfast while watching hot air balloons was a highlight. However, I did encounter inconsistent restaurant service.

The breakfast on the terrace was incredible. The pool was another highlight, surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere – it's where I spent my afternoons just soaking in the sun like I'd earned it. Loved the quiet and how the sunset from there felt like a movie scene!
