We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for a family burial service. The location was ideal, with easy access to I 95 and the testing site. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were top-notch. We were able to park our car conveniently, and the transportation options nearby were very convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially our server Martha who went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful dining room with its gorgeous fireplace. The hotel had a great view and the staff ensured that everything was clean and well-maintained. it was a hidden gem and a perfect choice for our stay.

Additionally, the easy access to washing machines was a convenience I appreciated.

The hotel's location wasn't as close to SoNo as I had hoped, although it wasn't too far either. One disappointment was that the front desk sometimes closed the outdoor pool early, limiting the time available for swimming.

We also appreciated the option to have dinner delivered to our room when we arrived late. the Norwalk Inn provided perfect accommodations for both business and personal travelers.

The breakfast left something to be desired. Although it was better than your typical breakfast, consisting of leftover potatoes from dinner the night before and overcooked, maybe reheated sausage, it could be improved.

The beds were comfortable, and I was surprised to find a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The manager went above and beyond to provide great service, even personally delivering an extra blanket with a smile. The location was perfect for my needs, just a short walk from my venue and I felt safe.
