As low-budget travelers, we loved the abundance of facilities and activities available at Sultan Gardens Resort. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty, and the delicious and diverse food options at the themed restaurants were a pleasant surprise. The clean pools and stunning beach provided plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun. The lively animation team kept us entertained throughout the day, and the evening shows in the Roman amphitheater were a highlight. Additionally, the affordable prices for extras like scampi and lobster made dining out a great option.

We got excellent value for our money at Sultan Gardens Resort. The room was great, and we loved the jacuzzi inside. The location was convenient, close to the airport and various attractions. The staff treated us like royalty - especially the head of the restaurant Amr Lofty and the lifeguard Hassan Gamal who made our beach experience memorable.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more flavorful dishes.

During our New Year's stay, we had a wonderful experience at this resort. the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They made us feel like VIPs and ensured that all our needs were met.

This place has a beautiful location with stunning gardens and a great beach at your doorstep. I was impressed with the exceptional service of the male staff members that were always ready to help with any request both at the restaurant and room service. The leisure facilities including the spa, fitness centre and outdoor swimming pool were fantastic and the entertainment team offered a wide variety of activities to keep everyone entertained.

Families would love this venue for its children's play area, kids club, pool and beach access, but don't just take my word for it, check it out for yourself.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I loved the location along the beach and beautiful gardens. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. My room with a garden view was perfect, especially with its outstanding jacuzzi and double bed. The breakfast at three meals offered everything I needed, including my favorite soft drinks!

For dining, there is Dana's restaurant, which has a separate adult only section, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere. The rooms are well-kept, with daily housekeeping and comfortable beds. The staff offers exceptional service, which includes lifeguards that are vigilant and professional. Additionally, the breakfast offers a great selection of food options.

There are some drawbacks, such as slow taftaf service to reach different parts of the resort, due to many stairs that separate them.

I had an amazing experience at Sultan Gardens Resort. The room was spacious, clean, and luxurious, perfect for my partner and me. The staff were always polite and willing to assist us. The resort itself was impeccably clean and had a wide range of facilities and events to cater to everyone's preferences. The buffet served a variety of delicious cuisines each night.

We also couldn't find the golf clubs for mini golf, and there was no night lighting available for playing after sunset. Additionally, there were no ping pong paddles available in the evening.

The hotel is cosy, with friendly staff and stunning beach. The food is good and varied. The rooms have beach views and are beautiful. The coral reef is amazing, with good vegan options for food. The animation team is energetic and entertaining with great dancers. The staff, including the life guards and room service, are friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The facilities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the daily towel changes and restocked mini bar. The all-inclusive access was definitely worth it! The beach and coral reefs were stunning, and I had a blast snorkeling. The premium room I stayed in was modern and had all the amenities I needed. And a special shoutout to the animation team, especially Beshoy, who made sure everyone had a great time.

The resort offers a variety of organized excursions at reasonable prices. The whole area is well-maintained and always clean. Staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food selection is good, and the restaurant staff ensures a pleasant dining experience. The pools, including the heated ones, are perfect for the whole family.

During my Easter stay, I absolutely loved the variety of swimming pools available at the resort. They had special facilities for kids, including life jackets and water toys, which made it a perfect place for families with children. Additionally, the hotel had a fantastic snorkeling site, providing the opportunity to explore the stunning underwater world right from the property. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views of the surrounding area. these amenities and features greatly enhanced my vacation experience.

While my stay at the hotel was enjoyable, there were a couple of downsides. I found the beds and pillows to be a bit uncomfortable, which took away from the overall comfort of the room.
