The highlight of our stay at Sunny Days Mirette Family Resort was the unforgettable birthday surprise for my daughter. The staff went above and beyond to make her 18th birthday special, with a personalized cake and a magical performance. We are grateful to the restaurant staff and the hotel administration for arranging this memorable experience.

One area for improvement is the daily shows, which were quite short. It would be great if the hotel could increase the number of shows to provide more entertainment options for guests.

The beach at Sunny Days Mirette is amazing with a beautiful reef, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The hotel rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The resort offers heated pools and an aquapark, which is great for youngsters, especially the kids. The safety measures in the resort are commendable, with lifeguards fully prepared for any situation.

We felt incredibly welcomed into the Sunny Days Mirette family and have no complaints at all.

The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offers great value for money and a pleasant stay.

Some of the public toilets could be cleaner and there was a lack of toilet paper in some of them.

Check-in was smooth and staff were helpful. The food offered was diverse and delicious. Beach was clean and accessible. The aquapark was a great attraction at one of the hotels. Access to multiple resorts provided many things to do on vacation.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks that were offered in the lobby every day. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to local shops and restaurants. the nightly entertainment was quite enjoyable as well.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. the bathroom was not properly cleaned and the towels were not changed regularly.

Great value for money, close to the beach, friendly staff. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious with 2 comfortable double beds and a delicious breakfast was included. We also enjoyed having access to the facilities of other nearby hotels, including a spa and multiple pools.

We had a great stay and all was fine.
