The hotel's staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, making guests feel at ease as soon as they arrive. The location of the hotel is excellent, with stunning views of the sea and a beach right in front. The Mongolian and Egyptian restaurants offer great options for dining, with Sheff El-Araby being especially attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, while the facilities, such as the three pools and the animation team, cater to every visitor's needs.

Some aspects of the hotel could be improved, such as the quality of local-made liquors and sparkling wine on offer, as well as the use of single-use plastic cups at the pool bar.

I had a fantastic time at Sunrise. From the moment I received a call from the Front office manager, Mr Mohamed Taher, to the moment I checked in, the staff made sure I had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and well-furnished, thanks to the Hotel Manager, Mr Alaa El Sayed, who paid attention to every detail. The food at Jewel, Jamila, The Indian, and The Italian Restaurants was delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the heated pools and the beautiful beach. The animation team made my stay even more enjoyable with activities like beach volleyball, yoga, and aqua gym.

I had some issues during my stay. The hotel struggled to accommodate my vegan diet, even after explaining multiple times what I wanted.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a beautiful beachfront and an aqua park that provided a lot of fun for both kids and adults. The manager was very cooperative and always available to solve any issues that arose. The staff, including Remon at the beach restaurant and Essam at the main restaurant, were friendly and provided great hospitality.

Some of the furniture in the beachfront rooms was a bit old and could use some updating. There were also some waiters who seemed a bit bored with their job.

sunrise exceeded my expectations during this wedding ceremony. the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel cared for and welcomed. we appreciated the attention to detail and the sincerity shown by the team. we will definitely be back!

Despite the negatives, there were a few positive aspects of my stay at the hotel. the food options were quite good. There was a variety of dishes available and the quality was decent. Secondly, the hotel had a beautiful pool area with comfortable sun loungers. It was a nice place to relax and soak up the sun. Additionally, the hotel had a fitness center, which was a plus for those looking to stay active during their vacation. while there were some disappointments, these were the highlights of my stay.

We recently spent a relaxing holiday at this place and were impressed with our stay. The location is perfect for those looking to have an amazing coral reef just a jump into the ocean in front of the beach with sea view. The service received was impeccable, with staff at reception desk, at the Recipion and all around the hotel incredibly helpful and gentle to accommodate every request. The leisure spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access provided an ideal opportunity to unwind and relax.

We highly recommend this hotel to friends and family without any reservations.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Easter was amazing! The breakfast buffet was great with a variety to choose from and the complimentary Easter chocolate eggs were a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to the beach and awesome swimming pools. The staff was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. The hotel had an incredible aqua park that I loved! What a blast!

The mosquitos were very pesky. However, the hotel had a convenience store where I bought mosquito products that worked perfectly.
