The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even provided a list of restaurants that catered to my dietary needs as a gluten-free traveler, which was a fantastic touch. The room itself was spacious enough and had all the necessary amenities. The complimentary bottle of Prosecco and welcome goodie pack were a delightful surprise. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a good selection of items, including options for gluten-free guests like myself. my experience at Lungarno Vespucci 50 was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

Staff was great! Good location near the embassy. Room was ready at noon. Nice view from balcony. Helpful staff gave us extra glasses and a wine key. Awesome! Currently at a different hotel in Venice and missing this one and the one in Rome.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, treating us like special guests. They even greeted us by name and provided complimentary fruits and a bottle of wine. The breakfast was superb and the dining room felt like a museum. Our room had a fantastic view of the river and famous bridges. The location was very close to the center and within walking distance to most tourist places and the best restaurants.

The room was tidy and convenient, with a nice assortment of TV stations. the rooftop terrace provided a great view of the river. the hotel's location next to the US Embassy made us feel safe.

The bathroom was relatively small and the view from the room was a bit dark. We experienced plumbing problems that took a day to fix.
