The staff's attention to cleanliness was exceptional. I never saw a single bug or any rubbish throughout my stay, making it feel very well maintained.

Unfortunately, the beach water was not as clear as we expected, which detracted from the overall experience at the seaside.

Great beach access and amazing snorkeling, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

I was outraged by the reception process. we waited over four hours to get our rooms. Additionally, the condition of the rooms was shocking, with the main water inlet valve exploding and flooding our belongings.

Staying here exceeded all expectations. The staff's genuine warmth and impeccable service highlighted every interaction, making us feel valued throughout our visit. The food options impressed, especially the seasonal dishes that catered to varied tastes. Even the kids loved the aquapark with its many slides, ensuring they were entertained. Although we had an issue with the currency exchange, the staff's willingness to assist made up for it. Overall, a wonderful experience filled with lovely moments and fantastic hospitality.

Our pool suite was stunning, and every staff member went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, treating us to an amazing Italian meal and a beautiful surprise cake. The only downside was the bed comfort, but it improved with added toppers. I can't wait to return!

We had an amazing time enjoying great snorkeling right off the beach and savoring the delicious Egyptian restaurant. However, the pool was colder than expected. I'd definitely return!

The rooms were freshly decorated and cleaner left towel art every day, made my kids laugh like crazy. Also the snorkeling at the beach next door was out of this world, literally waist deep and you’re surrounded by magnificent fish of all shapes and sizes.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still reasonable for what we got.

My family had an incredible time with engaging animation activities, especially the foam party at the pool. The bar staff were super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. I recommend asking for Mr Sayd Kamel for excellent service at the splash bar. Be sure to explore the alacarte options for a delightful culinary experience!

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and fun, with awesome entertainment options. We loved the beautiful dining experiences and stayed at a spacious room. The animation team was energetic, making our stay memorable. Definitely recommend trying the various a la carte restaurants!

The animation team was seriously the highlight! They kept the vibe lively throughout the day. I loved grabbing snacks at the poolside snack bar while the kiddos enjoyed the slides. One thing though, the food could’ve been a bit more diverse. A heartwarming stay overall!
