The carpets are absolutely filthy!!! The bathrooms need a serious overhaul, especially the cramped tub and low showerhead!!! Thin walls leave you hearing every footstep and conversation!!! Really needs attention!!!

The location is sweet as, heaps of restaurants nearby. But the lobby had a bit of a musty smell, and we missed breakfast 'cause they opened too late for us.

i almost gave a good review, but the filthy carpets were a huge turn-off. the noise from the lobby made relaxation impossible, and as a discerning guest, i expected a welcome gift for my troubles—how hard is that? overall, i left feeling overlooked and disgruntled, as if my stay barely mattered here!

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The Bistro had good food, especially the Green Goddess BLT and the Bistro Burger. I appreciated the friendly service. the staff created a welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed exploring the area and had dinner across the street at a nearby restaurant. Make sure to check breakfast hours. I missed it because it opened later than I expected. Overall, a solid stay as I road-tripped through the U.S. with my partner.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed our comfy double Queen room which had a walkout deck. The location was perfect for exploring places like Boone Tennis Stadium and Grimes Mill Winery. The bar was a nice spot to unwind, and there’s a Starbucks for snacks. Highly recommend it!

One downside was the noise from the lobby at times, which made it a bit hard to relax after a long day. Still, overall, we had an amazing stay.

courtyard is in a great location, just across the street from drake's, a fantastic restaurant for dinner. the staff was really friendly, especially the woman at the front desk who was super helpful and gave us great local dining advice. we loved the clean and comfortable room, and the kids enjoyed the nearby food options.
