The location was perfect, with comfy rooms and great shopping nearby. Plus, the WiFi was solid and two queen beds made our night cozy.

Felt fine, no complaints at all.

But honestly, I could’ve done without the weird smell wafting through the room. It was as if the ghost of bad takeout had taken up residence!

I had a delightful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Potomac Mills Woodbridge. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a front desk champ who turned my early check-in anxiety into a smooth operation. It was like getting a backstage pass to a rock concert! My room, with its cozy beds and plush carpet, made me feel right at home, almost like I was lounging on a cloud. The breakfast? A buffet bonanza that even had an impressive spread for everyone’s taste – my kids were making waffles like pros. To top it off, the location is prime, with plenty of dining options just around the corner for all those after-adventure munchies.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with cheerful smiles, helping us feel right at home. Breakfast was a highlight, especially making our own waffles, which were delicious and a hit with the kids! The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining, making it a great pitstop for our family.

While the stay was pleasant overall, the indoor pool was, unfortunately, out of commission, which was a bit of a letdown for us, as we were hoping for some poolside fun. Additionally, the loud guests in the hallways during the night disrupted our sleep, which could definitely use some addressing by the management.

Christine saved our evening after a long drive by sorting out our check-in hiccup like a pro. Cozy queen room with clean vibes, just what I needed for a good night’s sleep!

But, the bathtub floor looked like it had seen better days—yikes! I half-expected a family of dust bunnies to start a revolution in there.

the breakfast spread was pretty cool with options like scrambled eggs and make-your-own waffles. loved the cozy indoor pool too! super close to all the shopping spots, which was a plus!

could use more room in the breakfast area. also maybe update the decor a bit. 😉
