The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, the location was convenient for border crossing, the facilities were excellent with a variety of meals and entertainment options, and the view was amazing. Osama at the front desk and the General Manager were also extremely helpful.

The rooms are close to the sea, clean, and well organized. Staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner are included in the room price, with a good selection. The saltwater pool is cleaned daily. a great stay with delicious food and helpful staff.

Great location on the Israel/Egyptian border, easily accessible by taxi from Eilat. Beautifully landscaped with a small pebble beach and larger sandy beach, both well maintained, as well as a large saltwater pool. Rooms are well-appointed with good quality amenities and comfortable beds. Extensive, varied buffet with a remarkable dessert section, and very courteous staff. highly recommended for good value for money.

For the price we paid, we definitely got great value for our money. The room, although not updated, was extremely clean and had stunning views from the Sunset room. The hotel's location near the border with Israel made it convenient for us to explore without needing a taxi. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Amr who was multilingual.

The constant improvements to this historic establishment were noticeable, from the vibrant recreation team to the fresh design features. We highly recommend trying the delicious grilled sea bass at the Nelson restaurant or indulging in the flavorful beef fillet. The staff, under strong management, ensured our recurrent visits and made our experience truly exceptional. we highly recommend this hotel for a birthday getaway or any special occasion.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, and excellent food. The staff, especially Mr. Josuf at the information desk, went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The hotel director deserves congratulations for assembling such a fantastic team.

The location of the restaurant is fantastic, just outside the main "Palm Court" restaurant, and the mezze is delicious. The rooms are modern and clean, with a balcony offering a great view of the beach and reef. The service is exceptional, and the breakfast buffet is varied and tasty. The watersports company on-site offers great options, especially for a day diving cruise. The aqua aerobics and yoga classes organized by the animation team are also fun!

The tea served in the restaurant could use some improvement, as it is served from a warmed pot with limited options for tea bags.

With exclusive amenities and personalized service, this hotel made me feel truly pampered. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were fantastic, and the spa centre was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the live entertainment and the snacks served at the poolside bar.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the room service. Although the breakfast in-room was delicious, it wasn't served at the time requested.
