Great value for the money, the room at Gallery Suite was new, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the cafes and the port area. The staff, particularly Melina and Layla, were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to organize transportation and make our stay enjoyable.

Loved the immaculate rooms and the fantastic breakfast served by attentive staff. Must say, the electronic doors provided top-notch security. And the location was perfect, right by restaurants and cafes.

Not a fan of perfection, so I really had to search for something to dislike. still searching.

We loved our stay at the boutique guest house in Civitavecchia. The modern and beautifully decorated suites were comfortable and had great amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator, and internet. The delicious breakfast provided a great start to our day. The staff was welcoming and gracious, and the location was convenient to the cruise port, stores, and restaurants. We highly recommend this place for families.

We recently stayed at the beautiful and modern Gallery Suites and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we booked, the communication and help from Milena, the owner, was amazing. the accommodation was immaculately clean and the rooms were just as shown in the pictures. the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. the staff members were welcoming and helpful, and they even arranged for a transfer to the port for us.

During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the exterior of the hotel. It may not have looked like much at first, but it turned out to be a true gem! The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by Layla. She went above and beyond to assist me, especially when my luggage was lost. Her calming presence and helpfulness made a huge difference during a stressful situation. I also couldn't praise the breakfast enough - it exceeded all expectations. Whether or not I had my luggage, I will always cherish the memories I made at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Outside seemed rundown at first.

We recently stayed at Gallery Suite for our cruise ship departure the next day. From the moment we booked, Milena provided exceptional communication and assistance. The hotel was new, exceptionally clean, and had excellent security measures. The hostess, Milena, went above and beyond, serving us breakfast with the best cappuccino and even arranging transfers to the cruise terminal. The rooms were modern and comfortable, making us feel like we were in a 5-star hotel. The warm hospitality and special touches, like a bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon, made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The room was modern, well designed & bright with an ample size balcony big enough to sit down and relax on with a glass of wine. The breakfast was hosted & lovely and the staff warm & friendly. Milena and Layla went out of their way to assist us on our trip. Outstanding service! They left us some Prosecco and a congratulations note in the room, which was really special along with some fresh fruit. Milena also organized our dinner reservation and taxi to the port the next day by Tuk Tuk. A super night in Civitavecchia!

They even organized transfers for me and helped me with all my needs. The location was perfect for catching my cruise, as it was in the center of things and close to the sea. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including coffee, meats, cheeses, and pastries. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the security made me feel extremely safe. the staff, cleanliness, location, and breakfast were the best aspects of my stay.
