Great value for the money, the room at Gallery Suite was new, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the cafes and the port area. The staff, particularly Melina and Layla, were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to organize transportation and make our stay enjoyable.

Loved the immaculate rooms and the fantastic breakfast served by attentive staff. Must say, the electronic doors provided top-notch security. And the location was perfect, right by restaurants and cafes.

We recently stayed at Gallery Suite for our cruise ship departure the next day. From the moment we booked, Milena provided exceptional communication and assistance. The hotel was new, exceptionally clean, and had excellent security measures. The hostess, Milena, went above and beyond, serving us breakfast with the best cappuccino and even arranging transfers to the cruise terminal. The rooms were modern and comfortable, making us feel like we were in a 5-star hotel. The warm hospitality and special touches, like a bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon, made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Milena and Layla went out of their way to assist us on our trip. Outstanding service! They left us some Prosecco and a congratulations note in the room, which was really special along with some fresh fruit. Milena also organized our dinner reservation and taxi to the port the next day by Tuk Tuk. A super night in Civitavecchia!
