difficult to find entrance

The staff at the front desk were amazing - they could speak Arabic, German, English and Spanish! The hotel had free WiFi, a terrace, and a restaurant serving African, American and Argentinian cuisine - talk about international! Plus.

Oh, and just a tiny inconvenience, but the nearest airport was only Cairo International Airport. Who wants to go there anyway?

We were delighted by the stunning views from the terrace and our room, overlooking the Nile River, Tahrir Square, Cairo Tower, and the Egyptian Museum. The hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to have a peaceful and restful sleep. Additionally, the hotel offers affordable and well-organized tours, which made it convenient for us to explore the Pyramids and Old Cairo. I highly recommend Up Town Hotel for its incredible hospitality and fantastic amenities.

Staff could speak many languages, which was impressive. The hotel had free WiFi and a terrace. Breakfast options were diverse, even though I preferred going elsewhere. The nearby Mosque of Ibn Tulun was a nice attraction.

The paid airport shuttle was such a treat, I just couldn't contain my excitement.

During our Xmas stay, we were pleased with two important aspects of the hotel. the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist us with any queries or requests we had. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with amenities such as a hot water heater and hair dryer provided. the hotel's location in the heart of downtown Cairo was a major advantage, as it allowed us easy access to various attractions and places of interest in the city.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. we found that the pictures of the hotel did not accurately represent the actual condition of the rooms.
