The staff are friendly and helpful, providing assistance with various needs such as extra towels, tea, coffee, reservations. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and breakfast is delicious. it was a wonderful stay with great service.

The staff at the front desk were amazing - they could speak Arabic, German, English and Spanish! The hotel had free WiFi, a terrace, and a restaurant serving African, American and Argentinian cuisine - talk about international! Plus.

Oh, and just a tiny inconvenience, but the nearest airport was only Cairo International Airport. Who wants to go there anyway?

Our stay at Up Town was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine warmth of the staff. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to all the historical and archaeological sites in Cairo. We were delighted by the stunning views from the terrace and our room, overlooking the Nile River, Tahrir Square, Cairo Tower, and the Egyptian Museum. The hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to have a peaceful and restful sleep. Additionally, the hotel offers affordable and well-organized tours, which made it convenient for us to explore the Pyramids and Old Cairo. I highly recommend Up Town Hotel for its incredible hospitality and fantastic amenities.

While our stay at Up Town was memorable, there were a few minor inconveniences. The bathroom could have benefited from basic amenities such as soap and shower gel.
