I always return for my business trip. the staff recommended a great place to eat. the hotel offers Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and paid airport shuttle. Plus, 24-hour reception and laundry services. VIP check-in/ -out makes me feel special. No pets or smoking, which I appreciate.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the excellent customer service from the staff members. Breakfast, prepared by a delightful woman, truly made us feel at home. the location has beautiful views, and the cold A/C in the rooms ensured a comfortable stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to the US Embassy and a small park. the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the wifi service was excellent. In the morning, it was great to have a light breakfast included in the rate. the staff was always courteous and helpful, going beyond the call of duty.

While staying at the hotel, some renovation work was being done which created a bit of noise during the day. However, it didn’t detract too much from my overall experience at the hotel.

The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with visa interview directions and printing documents. The cook prepared delicious meals with a smile, making it feel like home. The view from the dining room was stunning, and the rooms were clean with cold A/C. The receptionist even used an app to communicate clearly despite language barriers.

I had such a great experience at Hotel Berlin! The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood, close to the US Embassy and TACA headquarters. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with the option to connect to a separate sitting area. The inclusive light breakfast served in the restaurant was a delightful start to the day. The staff at the reception desk went above and beyond, using an app on their phone to help me understand them despite my limited Spanish. The view from the dining room was also beautiful. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
