The location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the mini fridge in the room. The hotel also had a snack shop next to the front desk, which was always stocked and convenient for grabbing a quick bite.

Premium Bedding: I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The premium bedding at this hotel was so comfortable, it was like being wrapped in a cozy hug all night long. I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages.

Language Barrier: The staff's lack of English made it difficult to get information and maps.

The suite was fresh and cleaned every day. The cable tv had all the good shows, but we wished for more English channels. The WiFi was fire and worked perfectly in our room. The hotel location was on fleek, close to the Sheraton and the modern arts museum. We strolled to some fast food joints, but were warned about the city being sketchy, so we were lowkey scared. Major shoutout to the buses that took us to Guatemala City, they were dope!

The only thing we would've wanted was a lit party scene at the hotel. We were ready to turn up, but it was more chill vibes.
