The city views from Evergreen Laurel Hotel Penang are stunning, especially since the seafront is now dedicated to the Gurney Wharf Project. My memorable experience was enjoying a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool with the backdrop of the vibrant cityscape. the complimentary beverages and apples were a thoughtful touch that added a welcoming feel to the stay.

The air conditioning thermostat was broken, making the room uncomfortably cold at night.

From exciting water slides to interactive games, there's never a dull moment at this fun-filled haven. the family-friendly atmosphere and attentive staff ensure a memorable stay for both parents and children.

For dads, it would be great to have more variety in family dining options.

A mix of buffet and a la carte meals made dining exciting. I was surprisingly entertained by the live band at the lobby lounge. While the pool area lacked service, the spacious executive suite with a separate living room was a sanctuary. the hard-to-please sister was pleased too! the front desk experience was as cold as the room, but the classical style of the hotel brought back childhood memories. the hotel will surely miss my son's misadventure with the elevator door.

I always return for the weekend. First stay, helpful staff recommended places to eat. This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, pool, fitness centre, massage, and more. Essential amenities: air conditioning, no smoking, flat-screen TV, and elevator. Always a pleasant stay.

Great location near George Town, quiet and by the sea. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms at a good rate. Superb breakfast. Excellent for walks. Plenty of nearby food options.

During our stay at Evergreen Laurel Hotel, we were pleased with the convenient location and the overall value for money. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. The room rates were reasonable, considering the amenities and services provided.

We had a minor issue with the smell of cigarette in our room, but the receptionists were extremely helpful and quickly moved us to another room. The hotel staff provided excellent service, allowing us for a late checkout subject to availability. I would recommend this hotel for its responsive and helpful staff.

Het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt is heerlijk en de locatie is ideaal om Brussel te verkennen. We zouden hier zeker weer verblijven.

I had a great experience at a hotel in Penang. the staff were really nice and helpful. the hotel is close to sightseeing places and has easy access to cheap and good local food. They also provided extra pillows and had 2 jacuzzi pools in the changing room. it was a pleasant stay.
