The staff at Grand Palace were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary cot in my room without even having to ask for it. The location of the hotel was also ideal for my needs.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my Easter stay. the complimentary airport transfer was a great offer that saved me some money, and the car was clean and well-maintained. the hotel's location was also ideal for exploring the sights and sounds of the city.

The quality of construction in the rooms was poor, with exposed brickwork and leaks in the shower. the lack of a proper desk in the room made it difficult to work on my laptop in a business hotel.

The wellness area was like a mini spa heaven with a sauna, hot tub, and fitness centre. The hotel provided a free airport shuttle, laundry facilities, and a bar. The balconies offered great views of the city streets, perfect for people-watching.

Oh, how delightful it was to have music from the gym interrupt my peaceful retreat in the room. And let's not forget the joy of requesting toilet paper and a kettle multiple times.

This hotel offers an amazing Spa & wellness centre that provides high quality massages, body scrubs, facials and beauty treatments. the sauna and steam room were a luxurious and relaxing way to end a long day of traveling. the spa lounge was also an exceptional touch, with comfortable seating and refreshments provided. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the luxurious experience. the restaurant and in-room breakfast were exceptional, with a variety of delicious dishes and impeccable service.

The only minor issue at this hotel was that the leisure/ TV room could have been larger and more comfortable.
