It was conveniently located near a car rental drop-off and delicious restaurants. The beds were comfy and the shared lounge area with books was a nice touch. The hosts were also very helpful with any questions we had. our stay was super enjoyable and we would definitely come back!

From the artistic and beautiful room design to the cozy and comfortable bedrooms, every aspect of this guesthouse was thoughtfully curated. The homemade breakfast, especially the delicious coffee and homemade bread, was the perfect start to each day. The location was also convenient, just a short 10-minute drive from the airport.

Andi and Yuki provided exceptional hospitality, picking us up and dropping us off at the airport, and even gave us handmade coffee and gifts upon arrival. The breakfast they served, with 6 types of homemade bread, was absolutely delicious. We also loved the stone hot tub in the garden, where we spent hours watching the northern lights dance above us. We can't wait to return to Iceland just to stay at 1x6 again!

We had a fantastic stay at Guesthouse 1X6 for the last night of our elopement/honeymoon trip. The hosts, Alex and Yuki, were perfect! They greeted us with delicious coffees while we enjoyed the ocean view. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The natural spa was amazing with colorful lights that made us feel like we were in the Northern Lights. We even received special treats to celebrate our wedding. We felt like instant friends and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Iceland. Highly recommended!

Easter weekend couldn't have been better. I enjoyed the complimentary drinks on arrival with other guests. the view of the nearby harbor was fantastic and the location couldn't be more perfect, very close to the airport. the hot pool was my favorite part, great way to relax. Breakfast was included, and it was amazingly delicious.

The only downside might be that I had to leave and head back home. this was an amazing experience!
